Decorated Vietnam principal character Frank Vega returns home only to gain shunned by society leaving him independently of a job or his high discipline sweetheart. It s not until forty years later then an incident on a commuter bus (at what place he protects an elderly black body from a pair of skin heads) makes him a local hero where he s suddenly far-famed once again.
